This online shop has amazing service. I have used them several times. My last order had an item that was damaged. They took care of me, no argument no hassle just replaced the order. Even had a follow up call to make sure everything was received in good condition and if I needed any additional assistance... they get how to take care of customers!
Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.
The Quality of Luxury Sectional Sofa I have purchased from wayfair has always been great but I was worried making a large purchase without being able to touch it first... but we worried for nothing. Very happy. Shipping takes a while on this one so plan accordingly.
I order a Luxury Sectional Sofa on Black Friday from Wayfair. I just got a call from the delivery service located in my city with not only an update it had arrived but could deliver it the next day. Total of two weeks with proper communication from the company and the delivery service. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
I have purchased many items from Wayfair.The merchandise is high quality and if you do have any problems with an order they always make it right. I received an item damaged. I called, they replaced it for free and got it on my front step within a couple of days! Very happy!
I needed furniture for my new apartment, so I ordered two Luxury Sectional Sofa for my house, as well as a bed and mattress for my bedroom. I also ordered two sets of dishes, cloth napkins, and placemats for the kitchen. I have nothing but glowing remarks for Wayfair. Quality of everything is AMAZING, and it was all delivered on time--some even earlier than expected! I highly recommend their products and appreciate the awesome customer service!
No problems! Wayfair usually comes through on whatever it is that you order through them. I've had a few problems with a couple of furniture pieces, but they replace it w/o any hassle whatsoever. It's just that you have to wait for the piece to be shipped again which is a minor inconvenience sometimes. All-in-all, I'm very happy with my Wayfair experience and would recommend shopping with them to any and all.
We've ordered most of our furnishings for our new home from Wayfair and I've been very pleased with their service, prices and quality. Delivery is either early or on time. Everything we've received has been complete and in good condition, and when mistakes have been made, their customer service in handling them have been excellent. For example, we ordered an electric fireplace and they sent the wrong model. I called them and was given a 10% refund for our trouble and the new/correct Luxury Sectional Sofa was here within 7 days and we were told to keep or donate the model that we had originally received, which we're actually going to be able to make use of in our basement.
